Solitude

I captured a pair of Western Bluebirds perched on a Pinyon Pine overlooking Cedar Ridge and the eastern expanse of the Grand Canyon along the south rim. They appeared to enjoy the solitude one can find away from the major outlooks along the popular south rim. At times there were 4 or 5 birds buzzing around the tree taking in the view.
