Dry River Birch

I pass this beautiful grove of young birches in each time I visit another photo location in NH's White Mountains. On this day in Crawford Notch, the birch became the centerpiece. The diffused lighting and stillness allowed me to render the trees and foliage with little contrast and full color saturation with little leaf movement to blur during the exposure.
