Diamond Litter

A fresh coating of snow awaited me during my 1st visit to this stunning black sand beach. I planned my approach carefully so as not to disturb the pristine sand and snow. It took me about 30 minutes to get to the water, taking photos as I went. Ice bergs were littered along a 1/2 mile stretch of beach, thrown up onto the beach by the incoming tide.
