Lonesome Lake - Ribbon of Fire

While not Colorado, this might be as close as it gets in NH. I hiked by headlamp to reach this vantage point for sunrise and was treated to what I thought would be some great cloud light. Shortly after this image, the light faded, and never came back. The crimson ribbon is only a hint of what may be on another visit. I used my head lamp to illuminate the foreground shrubs during the long exposre.
